At PRIMEO, we architecturalize every project with extreme precision. Because we provide customized creative services that involve significant labor and human resources from the moment of kick-off, we generally do not offer full refunds once work has commenced.
We believe in high-fidelity collaboration. Every project package includes a specific number of revision rounds (standard: 3 rounds). We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback during these stages to ensure the final visual asset meets the intended growth metrics.
Clients may cancel ongoing retainers with a 30-day written notice. Any work already performed or hours captured during the billing cycle will be invoiced at the standard rate. Deposits for one-off projects are non-refundable as they secure your slot in our high-density production pipeline.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-step basis if PRIMEO fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe beyond the project's milestones, provided the delay is not caused by client bottlenecks (e.g., missing assets, late feedback).
Before seeking external resolution, we require clients to engage in a formal 14-day discovery period with our founding team to resolve any operational or creative friction.
